We're seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team.

About the Role

This exciting opportunity allows you to shape automation practices, mentor engineers, and drive innovation through modern testing strategies, including AI-driven approaches.

  • Act as a subject matter expert in test automation best practices.
  • Build, expand, and maintain automation frameworks for APIs, microservices, and web applications.
  • Lead adoption of advanced automation techniques, including AI-based testing.
  • Mentor and support automation engineers across teams.
  • Investigate test failures, troubleshoot issues, and improve framework reliability.
  • Integrate automation with CI/CD pipelines and reporting dashboards to ensure test visibility.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 5+ years of experience in test automation.
  • A strong background in API and web automation.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium Web Driver, Rest Assured, Rest Sharp, Soap UI, JMeter, or Load Runner.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language.
  • Experience with continuous testing and CI/CD integration.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills.

Desirable Skills:

  • Exposure to AI in automation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., Test Rail) and collaboration platforms (Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience with performance testing and UI automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with mobile, networking, or Angular testing.
  • Agile/Kanban delivery experience and ISTQB certification.
