Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Automation Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Automation Expert to join our team. As a key member of our engineering organization, you will play a critical role in helping application teams standardize service deployment configurations and accelerate deployment durations.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing resources within cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP or Azure, automating the software development lifecycle with continuous integration/delivery (CI/CD) tools, and expertise with infrastructure provisioning and automation tools like Terraform.

A successful candidate will also possess good hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes, implemented observability practices, tooling, and solutions including Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Dynatrace and NewRelic.

Responsibilities:

  • Standardize service deployment configurations for application teams
  • Accelerate deployment durations for application teams
  • Collaborate with application teams to onboard them to internal developer platforms
  • Provide technical support to developers using platform services
  • Assist developers in building and deploying their applications
  • Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with development teams to resolve problems
  • Maintain documentation and training materials for the platform
