About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven leader to oversee store performance and drive exceptional customer experiences.

This leadership position is ideal for someone who excels in managing teams, driving sales growth, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Spearheading visual merchandising and store presentation to create an engaging customer experience
  • Ensuring every customer interaction meets exceptional standards through strong team culture and service delivery
  • Leading compliance with operational procedures and health and safety regulations
  • Mentoring and developing high-performing teams through ongoing training and regular feedback
  • Analysing sales data to identify trends and implement improvements
  • Assigning roles and responsibilities based on individual strengths and experience
  • Managing stock levels, inventory processes, and store budgets
  • Fostering a collaborative work environment that prioritizes collective success
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience managing teams in a retail environment
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial understanding with a track record in analysing sales and improving store performance
  • Experience in rota planning, long-term resource management, and Planogram implementation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
