Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to fill a key role in our organisation.

About the Role

This is a hybrid of hands-on support and project coordination in a fast-paced environment focused on operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support, managing third-party relationships, and coordinating multi-property IT projects. They will act as the primary point of contact and escalation for IT support issues across all properties, providing timely and effective solutions.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in hands-on IT support and project coordination, with a strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels and external partners.

This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT support or management role, with familiarity with systems such as Opera, Hotsoft, and other common hospitality platforms. The role is a hybrid of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home, with flexibility to travel to hotels across the island of Ireland on occasion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact and escalation for IT support issues across all properties.
  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers, including front-line support, system vendors, and other operating systems.
  • Lead and coordinate IT projects, ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
  • Oversee administration and maintenance of software applications and platforms.
  • Support the development and implementation of robust cybersecurity measures and business continuity plans.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to end-users.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT support or management role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and security principles.
