Job Title:
Clinical Nurse Manager - Surgical Ward Leader

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the nursing team in a busy surgical ward. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a reputable hospital in Dublin and take on a challenging leadership role.

This position requires a highly skilled and experienced nurse who has a minimum of 2 years experience at CNM1 level and has worked in an acute hospital setting. You must be registered with the NMBI and have full work permits. In addition, you should have excellent communication skills, organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as up-to-date knowledge in clinical practice.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team and have excellent patient care to a high standard. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and proven written and verbal communication abilities.
