Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to fill the role of Governance Risk Compliance Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance, as well as driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT GRC policies, processes and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the enhancement of IT governance initiatives through collaborative efforts.
- Design and deliver training initiatives to improve IT GRC understanding among stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Airport Safety and Security teams to ensure alignment between governance activities.
Risk Management:
- Manage the IT Risk Register, ensuring team commitment to mitigate or eliminate risks.
- Conduct and document risk assessments of IT systems.
Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to relevant legal and regulatory standards.
- Implement Information Security Management System (ISMS) tooling to achieve continuous compliance.
- Coordinate IT audits and compliance reviews.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experience in Compliance or Cyber Security focused role, with interest in transitioning into IT GRC role.
- Certification in CISA, CRISC or CISSP preferred but not essential.
