Company Secretary Position

We are seeking a seasoned Company Secretary to fill a key role within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute daily transaction approvals, ensuring timely document execution.
  • Manage annual compliance requirements for group entities and serviced entities, maintaining accurate records and adhering to regulatory standards.
  • Provide expert guidance on company secretarial, legal, and corporate governance matters, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Monitor and stay abreast of changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment, proactively advising on potential implications.
  • Coordinate Board meetings, AGMs, EGMs, and committee meetings, ensuring seamless logistics and efficient communication.
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments, external auditors, solicitors, and company secretarial service providers, fostering strong relationships and collaborative working.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
  • A third-level qualification in a related field, complemented by a company secretarial qualification, demonstrating expertise in company law and governance.
  • At least 7 years of experience in company secretarial and statutory compliance or legal environments, showcasing a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
  • The ability to interpret complex regulatory and legislative requirements, applying critical thinking and analytical skills to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent IT skills, proficiency in multitasking, and a high degree of organizational efficiency, enabling effective management of multiple priorities and deadlines.
