As a Technical Training Instructor, you will contribute to the safe maintenance of aircraft fleets for leading airlines. This role offers significant growth potential in the aviation industry.

This position involves delivering high-quality training to engineering staff, adhering to strict industry standards. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of Inductions and Technical Training across multiple airlines
  • Specialized Type Training delivery
  • Part 145 theoretical and practical training
  • Development of instructor materials (course outlines, lesson plans, background material, instructional materials, and training aids)

We seek an experienced individual with expertise in aircraft technical training or engineering. The ideal candidate is passionate about aviation, keen to learn, provides new ideas to the training team, and interacts openly with the wider network. You must be a great communicator, meticulous, have a good attitude, and be a fun, positive, and open-minded person.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Experience in aircraft engineering
  • Ideal qualifications include Forklift (RTITB), MEWP (IPAF) and/or other Health & Safety certifications
  • Working knowledge of Office 365, with a willingness to learn new software tools
  • Effective communication skills, interacting through verbal, face-to-face, and virtual channels
  • Open-mindedness, eagerness to learn new skills, and bringing new ideas to the team
  • A strong work ethic, showing responsibility for timely completion
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid EU passport
