Job Title: Aviation Trainer/ Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced aviation trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training programs to customers around the world.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft structures and composites, with experience as an instructor or trainer in an EASA Part 147 environment. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create engaging and effective training materials that meet customer needs and industry standards.
  • Conduct Practical Assessments: Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure they meet required standards.
  • Create an Effective Learning Environment: Foster a supportive and interactive learning environment that encourages students to ask questions and engage with the material.
  • Maintain Examination Databases: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and examination results.
  • Review and Improve Training: Participate in regular reviews of training effectiveness and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards.
  • Deliver Training Locally and Globally: Travel to deliver training programs and workshops at various locations worldwide.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Hold a recognized traineeship/apprenticeship in aircraft structures and composites or equivalent trade.
  • Experience: Have experience as an instructor or trainer in an EASA Part 147 environment.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Instructional Design: Demonstrate the ability to design and deliver instruction that meets customer needs and industry standards.
