About the Role

We are seeking individuals passionate about aviation and dedicated to delivering exceptional service. As an Aircraft Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of aircraft services at Shannon Airport.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head Loader and assigned crew to ensure on-time departure and compliance with airline procedures.
  • Perform duties in adherence to comprehensive training, safety, and security protocols.
  • Deliver baggage to assigned flights promptly and safely.
  • Load and unload baggage from aircraft holds according to instructions.
  • Conduct visual inspections of equipment and report any faults to the Head Loader.
  • Notify the Head Loader of any issues encountered during flights.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Full Clean Driving Licence, Category B.
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Successfully complete a 5-year security background check and Garda Vetting process.
  • Meet eligibility criteria for living and working in the E.U.
  • Have proficient written and verbal English language skills.
  • Be willing to work a variety of shift duties in a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation.
  • Adhere to SHP grooming & uniform standards.
