Deliver a fleet of 600+ aircraft for one of the world's largest and most successful airlines by coordinating multiple projects and ensuring they are completed within agreed timeframes.
The Project Engineer will be responsible for driving projects from concept to full implementation, preparing project status reports, determining project schedules, arranging meetings with stakeholders, and assisting in the development of existing and new processes.
- Drive projects from the conceptual stage through to full implementation.
- Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information before recommending actions to be taken.
- Determine project schedules by studying project plans and specifications, calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
- Arrange and chair project meetings, follow up with stakeholders as required.
- Assist in the development of existing and new processes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Project Engineer role is preferred.
- Engineering degree or very strong technical background with a proven record of problem-solving and results.
- Good organizational, analytical, and time management skills essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate directly with engineers and managers.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft suite, and Trello advantageous.
- Work with a high level of individual responsibility.
