Project Lead and Project Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the safe maintenance of a fleet of aircraft.
The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic team, coordinating multiple projects and ensuring they are completed within agreed timeframes. They will drive projects from concept through to full implementation, play an integral role in project success, and determine project schedules by studying plans and specifications.
Key Responsibilities and Deliverables- Drive projects forward, delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Prepare project status reports, collecting and analysing data before recommending actions.
- Determine project timelines, sequencing tasks and allocating resources.
- Arrange project meetings, chair sessions, and follow up with stakeholders as required.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Project Engineer role is preferred.
- Engineering degree or strong technical background with problem-solving skills.
- Good organisational, analytical, and time management skills essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with engineers and managers.
