Job Title

A Senior Project Lead is required to oversee the entire lifecycle of multiple product development projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience in structured project management methodologies and use established frameworks to guide product development activities. This role requires a solid understanding of hardware, firmware, mechanical design, cloud data communications protocols, and test lab validation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain disciplines.
  • Apply structured project management practices including planning, scheduling, risk management, issue tracking, resource allocation, and budget control.
  • Use gate review process to drive project delivery and ensure compliance.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between engineering teams and internal partners.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using change control processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years' experience in project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology discipline.
  • Formal project management qualification (e.g., PMP, Prince2).
  • Experience in managing cross-functional product development projects using structured methodologies.
  • Familiarity with electronics, embedded systems, and laboratory testing.
