Job Title: Project Manager
Description:
We are seeking a seasoned project leader to spearhead the delivery of complex electronic products. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and overseeing multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to achieve business objectives.
- Apply structured project management practices, including planning, scheduling, risk/issue management, and budget control.
- Drive compliance with established project gate review frameworks.
- Manage communication across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee scope, schedule, and cost changes using formal change control processes.
- Ensure adherence to relevant safety and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to process improvements in project delivery.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, preferably in electronic product development.
- A degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology.
- Formal project management certification (PMP preferred, Prince2 or equivalent considered).
- Experience delivering cross-functional projects using structured methodologies.
- Familiarity with Electronic hardware design/Embedded software/Mechanical product design.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in regulated industries (life safety, medical, industrial controls).
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, etc.).
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
