Electronics Quality Assurance Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Quality Assurance Specialist to join our R&D team.

About the Job

This role involves comprehensive product validation, including RF modules and gateways. You will collaborate closely with design engineers to deliver robust, defect-free products to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive Product Validation: Lead validation efforts for new Alarm & IoT Sensor products.
  • Hardware Build & Test: Build and assemble prototype electronic circuits/systems.
  • Collaborative Troubleshooting: Work with design engineers to diagnose and troubleshoot issues in electronic circuits, components, and software.
  • Validation Planning & Reporting: Create comprehensive validation plans, execute tests diligently, document results accurately, and prepare clear technical reports.
  • Quality Assurance & Documentation: Ensure all products consistently meet high quality standards, striving for zero defects.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years hands-on experience testing electronic products (hardware & software).
  • Electronics Expertise: Strong proficiency in electronics principles and components.
  • Hands-on Test Skills: Proficient with electronic test equipment.
  • Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent attention to detail, and a meticulous approach.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to follow the project plan, manage tasks effectively, and work to deadlines.
