Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts/Finance professional to join our team as a Purchase Ledger Controller.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process and post purchase invoices accurately and efficiently.
  • Distribute purchase invoices to the relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Manage and allocate purchase ledger transactions.
  • Reconcile creditor accounts and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of invoices and payments.
  • Respond to creditor queries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of monthly payment runs.
  • Coding and allocation of expense to the correct general ledger account.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an Accounts/Finance capacity.
  • Excellent knowledge of Irish tax laws and regulations.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, including Excel.
  • Prior experience with finance systems is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • A pragmatic and commercially focused approach to work.
