Job Overview
You'll be at the core of our operations, ensuring customer satisfaction is our top priority.
We're looking for a customer-focused professional who can deliver great service and make our customers feel valued.
You'll take your time to get to know them, understand their needs and guide them to the right products, making it easy for them to find what they need.
Our team members are vital to the success of our stores, so you'll always be busy.
With excellent training programs and varied shift patterns to support work-life balance, you'll be on the right track for a promising career with us.
Store Hours:
Monday - Friday (7am to 8pm)
Saturday (7am to 6pm)
Sunday (10am to 6pm)
Responsibilities:
- Host - welcome customers, understand their needs and provide guidance
- Warehouse standards - assist with deliveries, maintain product stock, collect customer orders and ensure high standards
- Part of the team - join a team that takes pride in their store, works together and has fun
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work hard and make the most of our training
- Flexibility, reliability and enthusiasm
