Job Title: Care Professional Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate care professional to join our team. As a care professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support and care to individuals with intellectual disabilities. Your role will involve working in partnership with families and other agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our service users.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing person-centered care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders
  • Working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality services
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A CORU-approved qualification at NFQ Level 7 or above in Social Care/Applied Social Studies and/or registration with CORU as a Social Care Worker
  • Experience in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills
  • A strong commitment to promoting community inclusion and individualized support
