Key Responsibilities:
- Cross-collaborate with People Leaders regarding supplies and stock control.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance requirements, ensuring timely completion.
- Process and respond to all incoming queries efficiently, escalating to the correct point of contact when necessary.
- Facilitate the efficient delivery of training programs and employee initiatives.
- Ensure overall compliance with health, safety, and environmental statutory provisions and legislation.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Highly organized with excellent standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
