At viagogo, we offer an exciting opportunity to support our day-to-day management of a facility in Limerick. This role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross-collaborate with People Leaders regarding supplies and stock control.
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance requirements, ensuring timely completion.
  • Process and respond to all incoming queries efficiently, escalating to the correct point of contact when necessary.
  • Facilitate the efficient delivery of training programs and employee initiatives.
  • Ensure overall compliance with health, safety, and environmental statutory provisions and legislation.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Highly organized with excellent standards of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
