As Vice President, Head of Biostatistics and Research, you'll play a critical role in driving excellence in our Strategic Services Biometrics team. You'll oversee critical functions, including pharmacovigilance, medical writing, and regulatory affairs, driving excellence from a functional service provider (FSP) perspective.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee regional functional projects to ensure high standards of client satisfaction, quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines.
  • Liaise with clients and senior management to address issues promptly and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.
  • Keep executive management informed of project status through monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with other managers and departments to improve organizational efficiency, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred, especially in Biostatistics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong statistical and analytical background is essential.
  • Extensive experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO industry, with significant leadership experience in biometrics.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing large, global biometrics teams across multiple functions.
