Key Senior Leadership Role

This is a high-impact, senior position in a property known for its great food, lively events, and consistently strong service.

  • We are looking for an experienced individual to run day-to-day hotel operations with a focus on team motivation.
  • The successful candidate will support the General Manager and head office in the smooth running of all departments, including food & beverage, front office, housekeeping and maintenance.
  • A commercially aware and guest-focused approach is essential to deliver a high standard of customer experience.

Hotel experience is crucial. This role won't suit individuals from standalone restaurants or venues; we are looking for someone who understands how a full-service hotel runs, both front and back of house.

You will have a key role in planning, managing costs, and aligning resources to keep the operation efficient and on track.

  • The ideal candidate will have:
  • At least 34 years of senior operations experience in a hotel
  • A background managing food & beverage, front office and events
  • A calm, confident leadership style and a genuine interest in developing teams
  • Strong communication skills and a clear focus on customer satisfaction
  • A solid grasp of budgets, wage controls, planning and KPIs

This role is based on-site in Dublin and involves early, late and weekend shifts. We can only consider candidates with full, unrestricted permission to live and work in the EU. UK passport holders are also welcome to apply.
