We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Sprinkler Project Manager to lead projects from conception to completion.

About the Role

Our ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering and at least 5 years of experience in fire protection or construction, with excellent planning and organisational skills.

  • A minimum of 5 years experience, ideally in the fire protection/construction industry.
  • A degree in engineering is desirable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing contract documents, drawings and specifications to ensure compliance with our system design standard.

They will implement project specific international fire protection design standards; NFPA, BSEN 12845, FM global and LPC.

The Fire Sprinkler Project Manager will attend client meetings, administer technical submittals and produce project schedules.

They will ensure that projects are carried out in compliance with our ISO 9001 system.

Additionally, they will estimate and control costs on projects using our ERP system and provide financial reports.

They will schedule the production of drawings with our design department ensuring current drawings are in circulation.

Liaising with our QEHS manager to ensure all quality, environmental and health & safety requirements are met.

The Fire Sprinkler Project Manager will identify and manage any additional works.

They will also coach and support team members with tasks assigned to them.
