Construction Project Manager Wanted

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the Pharmaceutical fit-out project in Athlone. This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced construction professionals looking to deliver high-quality projects.

About the Job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising sub-contractors and labourers on site, inspecting sub-contractor work, and working closely with company Project Managers. They will also report regularly on progress and information request, manage and control day-to-day Health and Safety standards, and coordinate tasks according to priorities and plans.

Requirements
  • A degree in Construction Management or Trade Qualification is highly desirable.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of Construction Management experience on site is essential.
  • A proven track record in Fit Outs projects is required.
  • Familiarity with BCAR regulations is necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
