An experienced Construction Site Manager is required for a large General Contractor on a Pharmaceutical Construction project in the Midlands.
Ideally you will possess a trades or construction management qualification with experience in clean room construction and fit out.
Support the Project Manager and wider team by providing technical and on the ground advice on the project
Liaise daily with the project team, design team, and subcontractors
Weekly lookaheads with the site team
Progress reporting to the PM
Implement QA procedures
Assist in maintaining and monitoring safe working practices on site
Monitor and record materials, plant, and logistics
Maintain accurate records and produce regular reports
Perform walkdowns and quality control checks with trade contractors and client reps
