About Your New Job Supervise and Manage: Oversee daily mechanical construction activities, ensuring timely completion within budget. Plan and Execute: Develop and organize construction processes, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards. Resource Allocation: Manage site design, mechanical construction processes, and allocate resources effectively. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the team to meet project requirements and deadlines. What Skills You Need Relevant Background: Possess a background in a relevant trade or engineering discipline. Industry Experience: Over 5 years of experience, preferably with M&E Contractors in Ireland or the UK. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC and building services design. Piping Systems: Experience with piping systems installation is highly desirable. Leadership and Communication: Proven ability to manage both people and programs, with excellent communication skills.
