Project Manager - Industrial Construction

Lead complex industrial construction projects from design through to fit-out and handover with a reputable contractor. Collaborate with clients, manage project quality, and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects through design, fit-out, and handover phases.
  • Ensure quality standards are met by conducting regular site visits and inspecting work in progress.
  • Coordinate and review designs for smooth integration with construction/fit-out works.
  • Establish strong client relationships and communicate expectations effectively.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
  • Monitor budgets, schedules, and project progress, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • At least 7 years of experience in industrial construction project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and project teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management (or equivalent experience).
