The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting microbiology testing and sample processing, including isolation, growth, and maintenance of bacterial cultures. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Isolate, grow, and maintain bacterial cultures.
  • Manage bioburden testing, membrane filtration, and cleaning validations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (cGMP, FDA, ISO) and departmental policies, SOPs, safety, and biosafety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of microbiology laboratory experience; experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Windows programs such as Word and Excel; basic algebra knowledge.
