Job Title: Global Business Transformation Lead
About the FunctionThe Supply Chain and Manufacturing team is a group of problem-solvers who work together to source, produce, and deliver products to customers around the world.
This team makes up over half of Diageo's workforce, with more than 30,000 people working in Supply Chain and Manufacturing roles. Their work involves complex logistical, manufacturing, and technical collaborations that require precision and expertise.
About the RoleThis role will oversee the deployment of all S4 HANA solutions, integrations, and capability solutions across Diageo's regions and markets globally. The successful candidate will work closely with various functions to define and implement the delivery and rollout roadmap for these solutions.
The role requires collaboration with the Business Sponsor, the Digital and Technology team, and the Systems Integrator to complete this roadmap and deliver a successful global business transformation. This includes ensuring that all technology integrations and S4 solutions are implemented optimally through various phases of the program.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the global delivery and rollout roadmap for S4 HANA solutions, integrations, and capability solutions.
- Collaborate with the Business Sponsor, the Digital and Technology team, and the Systems Integrator to ensure the successful implementation of these solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend technology integrations and S4 solutions to support the organization's business objectives.
- Proven experience in leading business transformations and implementing large-scale IT projects.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes, including logistics, procurement, and production.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
