">Supply Chain & Procurement Transformation Lead

The Supply Chain & Procurement Transformation Lead owns the deployment of all S4 HANA solutions, integrations and capability solutions across global regions and markets.

  • Partner closely with Business Sponsor, D&T and Systems Integrator to define and implement delivery & rollout roadmap for Voyager program.
  • Ensure successful outcomes through various phases of the program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold full end-to-end accountability for the successful rollout of Voyager program across all global Supply Chain & Procurement regions, categories, and functions.
  • Supervise deployment activities including accurate scoping of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and handle UAT execution.
  • Lead ongoing communication efforts with senior stakeholders using impactful engagement strategies to influence and align leadership.
  • Build and implement effective communication strategies tailored to Supply Chain & Procurement users and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships across global, hub, and site levels ensuring alignment among stakeholder groups within both the program and the wider business.
  • Embed change across Supply Chain & Procurement regions, categories, and functions by building strong local ownership and an engaged Change Network.
  • Develop Supply Chain & Procurement training strategy supervise training deployment ensuring global content is adapted locally where needed.
  • Manage and maintain a high-performing team by setting clear expectations encouraging a culture of accountability continuous improvement and collaboration.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strategic planning and deployment experience in Supply Chain & Procurement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and drive change across multiple regions and functions.
  • Experience with training development and deployment.
