Job Description

As a senior finance leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of the procure to pay process within our organisation.

This role combines oversight of service delivery with driving transformation across the end-to-end process. You will connect with our third-party partners to ensure consistent, high-quality service for the business.

  • Manage a centralized team ensuring performance meets or exceeds required levels.
  • Lead, mentor and develop the team fostering a culture of continuous improvement, transformation and accountability.
  • Enable accurate accounting and service delivery within the organization ensuring compliance, approval verification and quality control reviews.
  • Be a key member of governance to ensure service delivery and SLAs.
  • Facilitate timely issue resolution including escalation in accordance with governance structure.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal escalations and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ensure all payments-related accounting policies and controls are implemented.
  • Monitor cash flows and payments.
  • Timely monitoring and management of reporting of KPIs specific to the role.
  • Own and lead transformation changes; support ad hoc projects/continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate, recommend and implement improvements to existing processes and practices to ensure best-in-class performance.
  • Foster communication and teamwork within organisational boundaries actively managing the team to build a high-performing global team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline (business, finance, accounting) or professional accounting qualification.
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience preferably leading a centralized PTP function in a multinational environment.
  • Demonstrated experience managing expectations of a broad stakeholder group.
  • Improvement mindset with experience of digital finance tools and transformation in a finance function.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate fluently in English to colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work unsupervised function as part of a global team and prioritize tasks.
  • Strong Excel analytical and SAP skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and instill confidence in end users.
  • Eager to self-learn and take ownership of career.
  • The energy enthusiasm and drive to make it happen.
  • A team player who can motivate others and make it enjoyable to get job done.
