Procurement and Business Transformation Specialist

The Procurement and Commercial Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role in driving strategic change initiatives. This role supports the Programmes & Change team in implementing the Group Operating Model & Efficiency Review.
Key Responsibilities- Identify opportunities to deliver excellence through customer understanding and fostering collaborative partnerships, thereby enhancing business outcomes.
- Plan, organise, and control project delivery using agile methods and manage risks effectively, ensuring seamless execution.
- Drive business change activities, ensuring successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Establish governance frameworks to enable transparency and effective risk management.
- Possess a clear track record of transformation and change project leadership, having excelled in delivering projects within dynamic business environments.
- Able to effectively manage stakeholders across a broad range, leveraging communication skills to drive results.
- Understand financial controls and governance processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
- Are qualified in project management and have proven IT change delivery experience, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
