Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement efficient operational strategies across multiple sites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate process waste.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives through lean workshops and kaizen events.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of operational improvements.
  • Provide training and coaching on lean principles to team members and stakeholders.
