We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Lead Manufacturing Bioprocess Associate position. This role is ideal for individuals who have a strong background in biotechnology, chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or process engineering.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and guiding team members in the manufacturing of pipeline products on a shift rotation. They will also provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the rest of the production team.

In addition, they will operate equipment according to electronic batch records, sampling plans, and standard operating procedures.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in biotechnology, chemistry, biology, pharmacy, or process engineering.
  • Extensive experience in the biotech industry, particularly in bulk manufacturing of pharmaceutical or biological components.
  • Upstream and downstream unit operations for mAb manufacturing with a deep understanding of key unit operations.
  • Familiarity with Emerson DeltaV, PAS X, and automation in a manufacturing environment.
