Bar Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor to lead our hospitality team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and maximising staff potential through comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure seamless customer interactions through polite and inviting service.
  • Motivate and lead a team of staff, optimising their performance through effective training and coaching.
  • Coordinate rotas, guarantee adequate coverage, and manage departmental operations according to business needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proven experience in bar supervisory roles, with a strong command of English.
Requirements:
  • Flexible availability, including weekdays and weekends.
  • Able to work varied shifts, including evenings and mornings.
