Experienced Bar Professional Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and experienced bar professional to join our luxury 4-star hotel team in Co. Cavan. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume bar setting or equivalent environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable guest experience through the preparation and presentation of cocktails and other beverages.
- To work collaboratively with the hospitality team to deliver a world-class beverage offering that meets the highest standards of quality and excellence.
- To maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment that adheres to all relevant health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a busy Hotel or high volume Bar setting.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable guest experience.
- Strong knowledge of mixology and ability to prepare a wide range of cocktails and other beverages.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
