Senior Hotel Manager Position

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Hotel Manager to lead the front office team in prestigious 4-star and 5-star hotels across Leinster.

This is a vital leadership role for a professional who excels in guest relations, operational management, and team motivation within a luxury hospitality environment.

The successful candidate will oversee all front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.

The key responsibilities of this role include leading and supervising the front office team to deliver exceptional guest service and smooth check-in/check-out processes, managing reservations, room allocations, and guest queries to maximise occupancy and satisfaction, ensuring compliance with brand standards, health & safety, and hotel policies, training, mentoring, and motivating front office staff to maintain high performance and professionalism, collaborating with sales, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently, monitoring guest feedback and implementing service improvements, and managing daily front office financial operations including cash handling and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Front Office Executive or Assistant Front Office Manager in a luxury 4-star or 5-star hotel, strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset, excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, proficiency with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Hotsoft) and Microsoft Office, and the ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced environment.
