Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Front Office Executive to lead our front office team in prestigious hotels across Leinster. As a vital leadership role, you will oversee all front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival to departure.

You will manage staff, optimise procedures, and uphold the highest standards of customer service and operational efficiency. This includes leading and supervising the front office team, managing reservations and room allocations, and ensuring compliance with brand standards and hotel policies.

Your responsibilities will also include training, mentoring, and motivating front office staff to maintain high performance and professionalism. You will collaborate with sales, housekeeping, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met efficiently, monitor guest feedback, and implement service improvements.

In addition, you will be responsible for managing daily front office financial operations, including cash handling and reporting, as well as preparing regular performance and operational reports for senior management. Your ability to resolve guest issues promptly with a focus on positive outcomes and brand loyalty will be essential in this role.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or Assistant Front Office Manager in a luxury 4-star or 5-star hotel
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with a guest-focused mindset
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient with hotel PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Hotsoft) and Microsoft Office
