Quality Assurance Specialist

A key role in our organization is currently open for a Quality Assurance Specialist. The position reports to the Quality Manager and will perform inspection and auditing duties within the company as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the audited product meets established quality standards
- Following specified auditing sequences and sample sizes
- Recording inspection/audit results, filing, and archiving records according to procedure
- Completing all necessary process/product documentation, including routers
- Verifying adherence to process/product procedures
- Highlighting discrepancies found during auditing, including safety, ESD, or housekeeping
- Assisting in operator certification
- Supporting Production Team Leaders in ensuring priorities are completed
- Communicating quality issues
- Participating in Production Cell or Improvement Team activities
