Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Agent to oversee the delivery of multiple infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Promoting and maintaining highest health, safety, quality and environmental standards on-site
  • Reviewing construction work packages prior to execution and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Overseeing daily site operations and supervising site teams to ensure efficient project progress
  • Identifying commercial risks and opportunities, providing expert advice to senior management
  • Coordinating with internal departments and external partners to deliver projects on time and within scope
  • Managing accurate site documentation and records to facilitate smooth project planning and execution
  • Supporting project stakeholders through effective communication and stakeholder engagement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Site Agent or Site Management role with a strong track record of delivering infrastructure projects
  • Background in civil engineering or water infrastructure projects with a deep understanding of related concepts and principles
  • Valid and current health & safety training certifications and qualifications
  • Strong leadership, coordination and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
  • Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel within the region as required
