Senior Tax Advisor Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a senior tax advisor to join our team in Dublin. As part of our hybrid working model, you will work closely with clients across various industries, providing high-quality commercial tax advice.

Key aspects of the job include:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and leading the delivery of commercial tax advice.
  • Advising on business structures, cross-border expansions, financings, and refinancings.
  • Managing tax controversy, dispute resolution, and other aspects of tax authority enquiries, including cross-border cases.
  • Advising on mergers and acquisitions from due diligence, acquisition structuring, and post-acquisition business integration.
  • Preparing clients for new tax developments, including Pillar 2, and helping client teams restructure and evolve to meet future tax challenges.
