Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Tax Solutions Expert to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will partner with leading clients in Ireland to deliver technical expertise and innovative tax solutions for navigating international tax change.

Your key responsibilities will include leading complex corporate tax compliance and advisory projects, ensuring technical precision and commercial relevance. You will also provide cross-border expertise on tax implications of international transactions, focusing on BEPS Pillar 2 and global tax reform.

Additionally, you will interpret and apply Irish and international tax legislation to client scenarios, identifying compliance requirements and planning opportunities. You will oversee the preparation and review of corporate tax returns, ensuring timely and accurate submissions, and liaise with tax authorities on audits and inquiries.

As a Global Tax Solutions Expert, you will develop and implement tax risk management strategies, including governance frameworks and documentation protocols for financial services entities. You will also advise on tax technology and automation solutions to streamline compliance and reporting processes.

You will mentor and supervise junior colleagues across Dublin, Cork, and Galway, providing technical training, feedback, and career development support.

Requirements
  • A professional qualification in ACA (or equivalent), law, and/or Tax, or be AITI qualified (or hold an equivalent qualification in a Commonwealth country).
  • Corporate Tax Financial Services experience and currently employed in a professional services firm.
