Corporate Tax Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Expert to join our team. As a key member of our corporate tax advisory and compliance services, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with global/international operations in various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and leading the delivery of high-quality commercial tax advice.
  • You will advise on business structures, cross-border expansions, financings, and refinancings.
  • You will manage tax controversy, dispute resolution, and other aspects of tax authority enquiries, including cross-border cases.
  • You will advise on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions from due diligence, acquisition structuring, and post-acquisition business integration.
  • You will prepare clients for new tax developments, including Pillar 2, and help client teams to restructure and evolve to meet tax challenges of the future.
  • You will manage the delivery of corporate tax returns and advise on related planning opportunities.
