Team Leader - Risk Management Specialist

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills and expertise in risk management. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of analysts who are responsible for conducting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Know Your Customer/Client Due Diligence procedures.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading teams and developing individuals within the organization. You will also have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of analysts responsible for conducting AML KYC/CDD procedures

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a financial services organization
