Director of Strategic Insights

We are seeking a seasoned Director of Strategic Insights to join our team. This is a key role that will play a vital part in driving the success of our business.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering high-impact insights and strategic recommendations that drive business growth.
  • They will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and market dynamics, and be able to apply this knowledge to inform business strategy.
  • Strong communication and project management skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement research studies to gain a deeper understanding of consumers and markets.
  • Lead the development of strategic recommendations based on research findings.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to align insights with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure effective implementation of strategic recommendations.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure the impact of strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in insight, strategy, or planning roles (typically 6+ years).
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, cultural trends, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
