Job Opportunity
- As a seasoned professional in project management, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of fit-out, refurbishment, retrofit, and remediation projects within the built pharmaceutical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate installation works in both green field and live plant settings, prioritizing safety protocols.
- Assist other members of the senior management team as needed.
- Liaise with operations staff, suppliers, sub-contractors, clients, and project teams daily to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee the contracting process with pre-qualified sub-contractors, ensuring all works are conducted correctly and according to contract specifications.
- Collaborate with clients, main contractors, and other tradespeople as necessary.
- Attend all project-related and management meetings.
- Regularly meet with design teams and sub-contractors to effectively manage labor and materials usage.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or Engineering.
- At least 5+ years of commercial build and fit-out experience.
- Preference given to candidates with pharmaceutical industry experience.
The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Construction Management or a related engineering field, coupled with 5+ years of experience in commercial builds and fit-outs. Preference is given to those with background experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
