
Autism Support Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing specialist autism services for adults across various settings.
Your primary responsibility will be to support individuals with autism to live independently, enjoy a better quality of life, and participate actively in their communities.
You will work closely with the people we support, their families, and carers to provide individually tailored services that cater to their unique needs and goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Ability to Work on Own Initiative: You must be able to work independently and make decisions without supervision.
- Awareness of Key Worker/Support Worker Role: You should have a deep understanding of the key worker/support worker role and its philosophy, particularly in supporting individuals with complex needs.
- Programme Planning Person-Centred Plans: You must be able to develop and implement person-centred plans that meet the needs and goals of the individuals we support.
- Fluent English and Excellent Communication Skills: You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to adapt your style to suit the needs of the individuals we support.
