Job Opportunity

We are seeking dedicated individuals to support people with autism in their daily lives.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience working in social care or disability services, and a commitment to delivering high-quality support.

  • Enable service users to develop independent living skills, access education and employment opportunities.
  • Support individuals with autism in their daily routines and activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create personalized plans tailored to each individual's unique needs.

The successful candidate will be expected to work flexibly across all locations, Monday to Sunday. A full driving licence (manual) is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
