Job Title: Construction Coordinator

About the Role

A leading construction organization is seeking an experienced Construction Planner to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile projects across data centres, pharmaceutical, and life sciences sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain detailed construction programs for complex projects.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and commercial teams.
  • Monitor progress and update programs accordingly.
  • Conduct critical path and delay analysis.
  • Provide planning input at pre-construction and tender stages.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in a planning role within construction.
  • Proven experience working on large-scale projects (data centres, pharma, or life sciences preferred).
  • Proficient in planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
