Job Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to coordinate prior approval and managed care processes for patient services at Improve Your Tomorrow. This role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless delivery of care to our clients/patients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the authorization process to ensure completion of prior approvals to appropriate payor entities
  • Process requests for prior authorization of services and perform necessary follow-up actions to obtain current authorizations
  • Communicate with state caseworkers and insurance companies to coordinate service authorizations
  • Process client/patient information and authorization data in our database

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience is essential for this role
  • Work experience in care coordination or a related field is preferred
  • Bilingual skills are also an advantage
