Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing new membership enquiries, database management, CRM administration, and direct marketing. They will also be expected to deliver professional membership consultations, ensure exceptional customer experience, and perform general membership administration duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the online and offline new membership enquiry process
  • Database management, including membership systems, GDPR procedures, and CRM management
  • Direct marketing and sales activities
  • Delivering professional membership consultations
  • Ensuring exceptional customer experience for all members and prospective members
  • General membership administration duties, including accounts and payment management
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent health and fitness knowledge
  • Understanding of various fitness classes and their health benefits
  • Excellent communication and IT skills
  • High level of target drive and flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
Desirable Qualifications

A desirable qualification for this role is a fitness industry-related certification (ITEC, NCEF, L4 PT). Additionally, previous experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role would be beneficial.
